Our approach
We build these courses for professionals who take their own development seriously, and we structure refunds with the same seriousness. This policy is designed to give you a genuine chance to test the work before you fully commit, while protecting the integrity of the material for everyone enrolled.
It is written plainly on purpose. A refund policy should make you more confident about enrolling, not less, and confidence comes from knowing exactly where you stand.
How the trial works
Each course is delivered one module per week. The first module unlocks the moment you enroll. The second unlocks the following week. That gives you two complete modules to experience the method, the teaching, and the standard before the program reaches its core — and before you decide whether to continue.
This is enough to make a real judgment. Two modules show you how we think, how we teach, and whether the work meets your standard.
When you can request a refund
You may request a full refund at any point before you begin Module 3, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
In practice, this means you can work through Module 1 and Module 2 in full and still request your money back if the course is not right for you. The trial is real, not symbolic.
Once you open Module 3, you have moved past the trial and into the core of the program, and your enrollment becomes final. The reasoning is simple. The first two modules are enough to evaluate the work. Beyond that point, you are no longer deciding whether the course is right for you. You are using it.
The 30-day window sits comfortably outside the normal pace of the course, so a slower week is never a problem. It exists only to give the policy a clear end point.

Module progress is recorded by the platform, so eligibility is straightforward for both of us to confirm.
How to request a refund
Send a message through our contact form with the subject line “Refund Request,” from the email address on your enrollment.
That is all we need. We will confirm your eligibility against your module progress and process approved refunds to your original payment method, normally within five to ten business days. The exact timing after that depends on your bank or card provider.
If you are in the EU or UK
Consumer law gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because our courses are digital and delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that access begins right away, and to acknowledge that once you begin the course you lose that withdrawal right to the extent the content has been supplied. Where this applies, the module-based terms above govern your refund.
A note on fairness
We honour this policy as written, and we ask the same good faith in return. The structure is generous by design – two full modules is a real look at the work – and it depends on being used as intended rather than as a way to take the core of a course at no cost. Approached honestly, it protects you and every other professional who enrolled to learn from material that stays whole.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service, and the two are written to agree with each other completely.
