The agreement

This document sets the terms under which you use Authority Principle and enroll in our courses. It is written plainly, because an agreement only works when both sides actually understand it.

By enrolling, creating an account, or accessing any part of the platform, you accept these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept on its behalf. If any part of this does not work for you, the right moment to decide that is before you enroll, not after you have worked through the material.

Throughout this document, “we,” “us,” and “Authority Principle” refer to Motivatrz LLC. “You” refers to the person or organization using the platform. “Course” refers to any program, lesson, assessment, or material we provide. “Platform” refers to the website, the academy, and everything we deliver through them.

Who this is for

Our work is built for professional adults. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll, and the account you create must carry accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, tell us, and we will help you secure it.

Enrollment and access

When you enroll, you are buying access to a specific course for your own professional development. Access is personal to you. It is not a shared resource, a team licence, or a transferable asset, and it is not a download you own outright.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the course you purchased, for your own use, for as long as we maintain that course on the platform. That right does not include reselling, redistributing, publishing, or commercially reusing the material, and it does not include sharing your login with anyone else. One enrollment is one person. If you want access for a team, that is a conversation we are glad to have, on the right terms.

We may suspend or end access for any account that shares credentials, distributes our material, or attempts to extract the course content for reuse. This is not about control for its own sake. The value of the work depends on its integrity, and protecting it protects every student who paid to learn from it.

How courses are delivered

Our courses are delivered on a weekly schedule, one module at a time. The first module unlocks the moment you enroll. The next module unlocks the following week, and the pattern continues through the program. This pacing is deliberate. The work is designed to be absorbed and applied in sequence, not consumed in a single sitting, and the structure exists to make the material land rather than simply pass in front of you.

We aim to keep the platform available and the material accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time we may update, improve, or restructure a course, and we may carry out maintenance that briefly affects availability. Where a change is significant, we will do our best to give you reasonable notice.

Payment

Prices are shown at the point of enrollment, in the currency stated. By enrolling, you authorize us, through our payment processors, to charge the amount shown to your chosen payment method. Payments are processed by trusted third parties such as Stripe and PayPal, and we do not store your full card details ourselves.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase based on where you are located. If a payment fails or is reversed without cause, we may suspend access until the matter is resolved.

Refunds

We build these courses for professionals who take their own development seriously, and we structure refunds with the same seriousness. The policy gives you a genuine chance to test the work before you fully commit, while protecting the integrity of the material for everyone enrolled.

Because each course is delivered one module per week, you receive two complete modules before the program reaches its core. The first module unlocks at enrollment. The second unlocks the following week. That gives you enough of the method, the teaching, and the standard to judge whether the course is right for you.

You may request a full refund at any point before you begin Module 3, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase. In practice, this means you can work through Module 1 and Module 2 in full and still request your money back. Once you open Module 3, you have moved past the trial and into the core of the program, and your enrollment becomes final. The reasoning is simple: the first two modules are enough to evaluate the work, and beyond that point you are no longer deciding whether the course is right for you. You are using it.

To request a refund, send a message through our contact form with the subject line “Refund Request,” from the email address on your enrollment. The platform records module progress, so eligibility is straightforward to confirm. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within five to ten business days.

Our full refund terms are published on our Refund Policy page, and that page forms part of these terms.

Consumer law gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because our courses are digital and delivered immediately, you will be asked at checkout to agree that access begins right away and to acknowledge that, once you begin the course, you lose that withdrawal right to the extent the content has been supplied. Where this applies, the module-based terms above govern your refund.

What the work is, and what it is not

Authority Principle teaches a way of thinking and operating. The courses work on identity, presence, signal, standards, and the way capable professionals are read, trusted, and remembered. The aim is to close the distance between your real competence and how strongly the world experiences your authority.

That is meaningful work, and it is also honest work, which means we are clear about its limits. We teach a method. We do not sell an outcome. We cannot and do not guarantee a promotion, a closed deal, a raise, a client, a verdict, a listing, a specific income, or any particular result. What you achieve depends on your own situation, your effort, your field, your timing, and many factors outside our control or yours.

Nothing in our courses is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice for your specific circumstances. The material is educational. Decisions you make in your own work remain yours.

We say this plainly because the entire philosophy rests on congruence: signal should match reality. It would be incoherent for us to promise more than we can stand behind.

How you may use the platform

We ask you to use the platform in good faith. That means you agree not to:

  • share your account, login, or course access with anyone else;
  • copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publish any part of the course material;
  • use our content to build or train a competing product, including feeding it into an automated system for reuse;
  • attempt to access areas of the platform you have not paid for, or interfere with its security or operation;
  • harass other students or our team, or behave in a way that damages the community or the standard of the work.

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account. Where a breach is serious, deliberate, or repeated, we may do so without a refund, and we reserve the right to pursue any remedy available to us.

Who owns the material

Everything within the courses and the platform — the lessons, the frameworks, the language, the structure, the writing, the design, and the concepts behind The Authority Principle — is owned by Motivatrz LLC or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law.

Your enrollment gives you the right to learn from the material, not to own it. The work you produce in your own professional life using what you have learned is, of course, yours. The course material itself remains ours.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted infrastructure to run the platform, including hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. When you use these parts of the service, you are also subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers. We choose our partners carefully, but we are not responsible for how independent third parties operate their own services.

Limitation of liability

We put real care into this work and into the platform that delivers it. At the same time, the law allows us to be clear about the limits of our responsibility, and clarity serves both of us.

The platform and the courses are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including any implied promise that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is described.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motivatrz LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising from your use of the platform or the courses. Where we are found liable despite this, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for the course in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here removes a right you hold that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

Indemnification

If your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the course material causes a claim against us by a third party, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses we incur as a result, to the extent the law allows.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the platform at any time. If you want your account closed, send us a request through the contact form.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your payment fails, or if we are required to by law. We may also retire or discontinue a course, in which case we will handle any active enrollments fairly.

When access ends, the parts of these terms that are meant to survive — including ownership, the limits on liability, and the use restrictions — continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

As the platform grows, these terms may need to change. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, give notice. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. We keep the current version available so you can always read exactly what applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be handled in the appropriate courts of Wyoming, unless the law that protects you as a consumer in your own location requires otherwise.

We would always rather resolve a concern through a direct conversation first. Most things that look like disputes are really just questions that have not yet been answered well.

Contact

We are not a faceless corporation, and we would rather hear from you than have you guess.
